Features
Japanese kimonos and their traditional patterns were the inspiration for this colourful patchwork quilt. The bold combination of different fabrics results in an outstanding design. The bedspread and matching cushion are both quilted. When quilting a needle and thread are used to join the top fabric, the backing material and the insulating material forming a living ornamented flair. All fabrics used even the insulating material are made of cotton. This is also true for the velvet cushions. They close with a zip. The patchwork cushion closes with small loops on the reverse.
